At TheBeautyBoon.com, customer satisfaction and safety is our top priority and we want you to be completely happy and pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange or replace your purchase when it is presented back to us within 2 days of delivery and in the condition you received it from us. All fragrance and cosmetics items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging for a credit/refund or exchange to be issued. Personalized and monogrammed orders cannot be cancelled or returned.
Returned products should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. A pickup fee may apply if we have to pick up the item(s) from you. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange, replace or credit opened items, liquids such as soaps, shampoos, conditioners, lotions, perfumes etc. and monogrammed or personalized items.
